Veeward will never ask you to share your password, 2FA code, or card PIN—whether by email, phone, or chat. This information should always be kept private and never shared with anyone.

If you notice any unusual activity or suspect fraudulent behaviour, it's important to act quickly. Please block your card immediately through the Veeward website and contact us as soon as you're aware of the issue.

Keep your contact details up to date – Make sure your mobile number and email address registered with us are current. We’ll use them to contact you if we detect anything unusual on your account.

Here are a few practical steps you can take to use your Veeward account and prepaid card securely, whether you're online or on the go:

  • Use strong, unique passwords – Avoid using common or repeated passwords across accounts. Change them regularly.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – This adds an extra layer of protection to your account and is strongly recommended.

  • Check your transactions regularly – Log in frequently to review your account activity and report anything unusual.

  • Be cautious with public Wi-Fi - Avoid accessing your account on unsecured networks. Use a trusted VPN if needed.

  • Secure your devices - Keep your devices updated with the latest security patches and use reputable antivirus software.

  • Report anything suspicious promptly - If something doesn’t seem right, don’t ignore it. Get in touch with us straight away.

  • Keep your PIN safe - Never share your PIN with anyone, and don’t write it down where others can find it.

  • Be aware of your surroundings - When entering your PIN in public, shield the keypad and check for anyone watching.

  • Always log out after using the website - Simply closing the browser isn’t enough. Make sure to log out properly to protect your data.

  • Check for secure websites - Before entering your card details, make sure the website is secure. Look for a padlock icon in the browser's address bar and ensure the URL starts with https://—the “s” stands for secure. If the padlock appears within the webpage itself rather than in the browser, it could be a sign of a fraudulent site.

  • Remember: If you choose to donate, resell, or recycle an old mobile phone, computer, laptop, or tablet, always make sure to completely remove all personal data and apps beforehand. Failing to do so may allow others to access your sensitive information.
